Tuesday morning’s fatal wreck on Highway 9 near Green Mountain Reservoir was most likely a tragic accident, Colorado State Patrol says. Early investigation shows the victim, Urbino Amaro Garcia, 21, of Aurora, lost control of his Dodge Dakota pickup on icy pavement and slid into oncoming traffic.
